We have Strict No Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
NO Cancellation of order once order is confirmed.
We take utmost care in packing all our shipments, on rare occassions if the package is mishandled during shipping there might be an exceptional scenario. In case you recieve any damage/lost in the product, We have a 7-day return/refund policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of missing Item you need to intimate us within 7days of package delivered date with proper package opening video as proof.
In any such scenario, customer is requested to Whatsapp on +91 82500 13784 and raise a ticket, with the order number, and the necessary details.
Admin has final right to make the decision on which option to choose in respect of the scenario.
In case of return,we send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without seeking approval from Crochet Now will not be accepted. Once the package is received will arrange for the refund after quality check and same will be credited to source with in 7 Business days.
If you are eligible for Refund in any scenario, amount will be transferred back to original source of payment or others as per discussion.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchase.
